Our Team

Tiara Thomas has held a variety of positions including high school math teacher, branch manager, and financial accountant, and was previously with The Harvesters as a Branch Manager, where she was responsible for leading day to day operations, managing financial and administrative processes, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting organizational growth across multiple states. Tiara is most proud of helping entrepreneurs gain financial clarity and confidence, so they feel empowered in their financial decisions. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and has hands on experience supporting accounting operations, financial reporting, and advisory work across multiple organizations.
In her spare time, Tiara enjoys reading, volunteering, mentoring young women, spending time at the beach, traveling, and event planning. She also sits on the board of a nonprofit organization and has a strong interest in business, finance, mentorship, and personal growth.

Rodney has held a variety of positions including IT Associate and IT Analyst, and was previously with Riviera Dining Group as an IT Analyst where he supported end users and built helpdesk processes. Rodney is most proud of creating a streamlined onboarding experience using Fresh service, which significantly improved efficiency for new hires. He has over 3 years of experience in the IT field and is currently growing his skills in system administration and cloud engineering. 

In his spare time, Rodney enjoys coaching youth football and catching every Miami Dolphins game as a semi-proud season ticket holder. He also shares his home with way too many dogs — but wouldn’t trade them for the world.

Jeana has held a variety of positions including Senior Sales Executive, Lead Territory Account Executive, and Business Director, and was previously with The Speaker Lab as a Senior Enrollment Advisor where she was responsible for leading high-valued meetings with busy professionals to help them gain clarity and actionable roadmaps on building highly successful and predictable Keynote Speaking Careers and collaborated with owners and team leads to build essential training systems and workflows enhancements that increased company profit and improved team performance.

In her spare time, Jeana enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures and customs, attempting new baking recipes, attempting new crafts with her niece, and immersing herself in the local arts and music scenes. Guided by her Christian faith, Jeana is committed to leading with honesty, humility, purpose, and integrity in everything she does.

Ryan has held a variety of positions including Administrative Assistant and On-Duty Manager and was previously with Foundation Innovation as an Administrative Assistant where they were responsible for the CEO’s and consultant’s calendars and meeting materials, client relations, setting up conference booths, and putting on their own conferences.  Ryan is most proud of the first conference he had to put together and seeing it run as smoothly as he hoped for.

In their spare time, Ryan enjoys playing in a softball league with his friends, finding new restaurants and enjoying a quiet night at home with his cat Wimberley.

Taelynn has held a variety of positions including Accounting Assistant, Accounting Clerk, and now a Staff Accountant. They were previously with Telemark Diversified Graphics as an Accounting Assistant where they managed accounts receivable, accounts payable, and customer/vendor relations. Taelynn is most proud of pursuing a bachelor’s degree and maintaining a 3.9 GPA, while working full-time.

In their spare time, Taelynn enjoys crocheting, reading, and spending time with her two dogs. An interesting fact about her is she is the youngest of 3 and is a soon to be aunt come October.

Brienne Fankhouser has held a variety of positions including Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, and Controller and was previously with Luna, Levering and Holmes as a Controller where they were responsible for leading the firm’s financial growth, assisting with human relations along with building a productive team.   Brienne is most proud of helping small and medium size law firms grow to their fullest potential by building and maintaining strong working relationships and providing timely and accurate financial data to law firm owners. She holds a Masters Degree in accounting with 8 years’ experience in the law firm industry.

In their spare time, Brienne enjoys being on the baseball field with her boys and in the dance studio with her girls.  Her and her family enjoy family game nights at least once a week, with a house full of athletes they are all very competitive!
